  Waiting 30 min on drinks since they are “out of cup holders” even though 12 other people got their food and drinks. $50 later and cold food I was told I was crazy when asked to speak to a manager. Order was completely wrong. These people do not care. Go somewhere else.

  Food was great but girls behind counter have serious attitude problems. Ordered via kiosk for table service, sat down at table, with number, only for counter staff to shout table number out. Told her it was table service but she just looked at me like I'd come from another planet, then expected me to return table number to kiosk.

  I walked in placed my order at the kiosk and selected to pay at the counter bc I had to cards to use so I could finally eat something for the day! I handle the kiosk but went to counter and stood there for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything & much less never saw anyone to speak to but saw y'all have a pretty camera system monitoring everyones moves and if I were a betting man I'd say the workers have access to those screens and can monitor if and when someone is to come up to the counter?!?!?? And I understand things happen but Lawd 5 MINUTES so I'm assuming no one wants to work today and walked all the way 1.5 miles back without food or any nourishment!!! Thanks! Keep up the stellar work that I'm sure makes your momma proud!!! **2nd time this has happened at this same location so maybe someone want to check in on this bc I'm sure I'm not the only since we're working on #3 now it's becoming a pattern!!!

  This is the worst service McDonald’s. It’s pretty much self serve no one takes your order or help in any way. They NEVER put everything you order in the bag. You pay for sauces and never get them. My double fish was a single but no one was around for me to ask to make it right. It’s pitiful. Close the door and sell this location to chick fil la. They know how to run a business.

  Rude employees and poor service. Cannot follow simple directions and get angry when you ask them to correct their mistakes. There is a reason why their ratings are so low, as it appears this is a common problem. What is sad is, the facility is otherwise very nice, as it is a modern location built to McDonald’s most up to date specifications. It could be so much better, but unfortunately it appears as though we cannot have nice things.
