On July 18, 2026, at approximately 8:02 a.m., I placed an order using the self-service kiosk. My total was $5.45. The kiosk charged my card $5.08 and instructed me to pay the remaining balance at the counter.
When I got to the register, the cashier told me my order wasn't in the system. Even after I showed proof that my card had been charged, she was rude, dismissive, and said there was nothing she could do.
I then waited about 40 minutes for the manager, who was just as rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she acted as though what had happened didn't matter and offered no solution. I left without my food despite having already been charged.
I filed a complaint with McDonald's the same day. Fourteen days later, I still haven't received a response or a refund for food I was charged for but never received.
This isn't about $5.08—it's about customer service, accountability, and treating people with respect. I hope this location improves how it handles customers and payment issues because no one should have to go through an experience like this.

Terrible service. Refused to give us some sauce. Ask for water cup, they tried to give me a kids mini cup. Manager is awfully rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Girl working in the front needs to be fired- They’re encouraging, terrible behavior. Food is good though!
This review is a bit mixed. The lady working the counter (name unk) was absolutely great. Quickly took our order and brought us our food. However, the Manager on duty at the time is a completely different story. We were there for breakfast and wanted a refill on our coffee, At McDonalds in Florida, and elsewhere, this is a quick and seamless process. As the counter person went to get it - the manager stepped in and stopped her and said - we don't do free refills. Her attitude was so rough, that the counter person 'secretly' gave us another cup of coffee.

⭐ 1-Star Review
Terrible experience. This establishment strictly enforces a 30-minute limit for customers sitting at the tables, and they appear to monitor the time with a stopwatch. During our visit, staff came by every 5–10 minutes to remind us how much time we had left, which made the entire meal feel rushed and uncomfortable.
When you're paying to enjoy a meal, you shouldn't feel pressured or constantly watched. Instead of focusing on customer service and hospitality, the staff seemed more concerned with getting people out as quickly as possible.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed dining experience. There are plenty of other businesses that treat their customers with more respect and allow them to enjoy their meal in peace.
