  Look— I’m a service worker. I get having a bad day. But I have genuinely never been treated so poorly by an employee before. Me and my friend came through the drive through together and the girl who took our order was incredibly impatient and rude. She kept asking “thats it?” after every item, and when we took a second in between orders she told us to hurry up, saying something along the lines of “let’s keep it moving.” They were busy, and I get it. It is stressful, and McDonalds surely isn’t a job people are jumping with joy to apply for, but I have literally never been rushed by an employee before. And I was thinking “you know what, maybe she is just having a bad day.” Because I have been there before, it can be hard to be bubbly when work is stressful. So when we get to the window to pay, I try to be nice and say hello, she completely ignores me. I say thank you, she completely ignores me. I say have a good night, she completely ignores me and then slams the window. Highly inappropriate. I will say though, the only reason I have two stars is because the other girl who gave us our order was very sweet and I hope she has a great rest of her week!

  Phone came in to pick up two doordash orders that came in at the same time one order was ready another order never came through with a ticket I asked the worker after waiting over 15 minutes for the order to check the door dash tablet that was instructed by doordash to check for the order she came to the counter asked me to see my phone I let her see the phone and she didn't went into my phone and unassigned me from my order without my acknowledgment or my permission. Her on assigning me from this order without doing it correctly have dropped my rake on my dash app

  Got into NOLA super late ( around 3:30am) we stopped at this McDonald's to get a late dinner. Unfortunately we ordered on the cusp of it turning into breakfast time. No worries because Mel at the drive thru held it down and helped us change our orders . Mel was super friendly, helpful and attentive, she has great energy and We would come back to this location just to order with her! Thank you Melly Mel! <3

  To the lady that is working the front window handing out food tonight you need to check your attitude why I am waiting in line patiently you have the nerve to have an attitude after I receive my order when I go to confirm my pick up you didn't even give me one minute to move you just automatically had a nasty attitude I come here a lot and I have never done with nobody like you at this location
