  Customer service is horrible you never acknowledge when you come threw the door or come to the counter you have to wait so long just to say I have a door dash or make a order… there is one person who goes above and beyond and I wish I knew her name she where’s a natural hair style usually up in a high bun dark or brown skin she prepares the door dash orders and the to go orders from the counter. Everyone else is trash I’m sorry I hate having to come here but it’s the only one in the area

  I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this McDonald’s another chance other than the fact that it’s close to my Job. I place online orders here once or twice a week, and not a single time have I received my order in under 30–45 minutes. I order, wait 15-20 minutes then go get it hoping it to be ready. IT NEVER IS! It’s always another 40-45 minutes. And yes I hit the button that I am there right after I order. The employees are constantly arguing with each other and customers. During my visit today, I witnessed three employees screaming at one another and getting in each other’s faces like they were about to physically fight — all while the lobby was packed with customers and children watching the entire scene unfold. I work in retail business in the same area as this McDonald’s, I completely understand the frustration and chaos with the customer base of this location. But to act like this, and on a daily basis speaks volumes about the upper management team and even the owner. I KNOW I am not the only person to have witnessed such poor behaviors. For them to still have a job blows my mind. Management is completely ineffective, and that’s putting it politely. They also regularly don’t have ingredients available for drinks or food items that are actively being sold on the app. This is, without question, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to anywhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location if at all possible. It would literally be quicker and a FAR better experience for me to drive to Kenner McDonald’s and back. This is what I will be doing from here on out.

  If I could give 0 stars i would. Everytime I go there, it takes 40 minutes just for one meal. And the workers are extremely rude and never at the counter.

  Sat in the drive-thru for almost 10 min. Not because the customer in front of me was still ordering but the cashier was holding up the line. The only reason I waited so long was because I was buying food for a homeless person. Everytime I come to this location there is always a wait, and they are rude! I recommend they shut this location down or find better managers, they are one and the same with their cashiers. Absolutely Horrible! I been to busier locations that move faster.
