  My wife had ordered a cake from La Boulangerie for my son-in-law’s birthday. But she suggested we eat breakfast together there. The place was packed. There is a large dining area seating about 120, a set of tables on the store front seating an additional 10 or so, and an outdoor dining area in the back seating about 60 more. There is parking only on the streets, but there is a lot of it. We parked about 600 feet away but there was parking closer, I just didn’t see it. The food is exceptional. I had quiche Lorraine and a blueberry muffin, and a large cup of cappuccino with Caramel and whipped cream ($1 extra each). The muffin was large enough to split 4 ways. The servers brought our food and drinks, and came back with extra silverware. They came back later to ask if we’d gotten everything we asked for. And if we needed anything else. There was a light rain but all the outside tables have umbrellas and nobody got wet. The cost to serve 5 with tip was about $80, around $15 apiece. We were very pleased with this place. The dining area is PET FRIENDLY. Nice to know for visiting pet people.

  My family has been coming here since i was little and i used to love their bread and pastries. Apparently they are no longer up to snuff, because the garlic baguette I just bought from there was burnt. I feel like i just wasted my money. Disappointed.

  La Boulangerie 🥐✨ has a wonderful variety of French breads, desserts, and delicious sandwiches. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. My only concern is that they close a little early, but overall, a lovely spot for French-style treats and a good sandwich!

  We came here two days in a row. Exceptional service. Didn’t miss anything and the taste of the food is top notch. Cannot recommend it more. Every single element in every single dish is very thoughtful and nothing feels overwhelming or too much. We demolished everything we got and will definitely be returning. If you’re in NOLA and don’t know this place, what are you doing?
