  I must admit this was my first time but as they say “first impressions are the best impressions” for me my first impressions of this place was disappointing. I ordered the “spicy Italian” and all I got was dry bread, little mayonnaise, and Italian slices with no other fixings/toppings. I guess its partly my fault for assuming the sandwich would at least include lettuce and tomatoes because I was 100% wrong.

  Frequently order delivery from here, never messed up my order, drivers are polite, delivery is always prompt. Very reliable.

  They posted on Google that they were open until 20:00 so my wife and I walked from our hotel to get a quick bite to eat at 19:20 just to find out they closed at 19:00. Someone needs to update their hours for this location as it was frustrating that we walked half a mile for no reason.

  Lawrence should not be working there. We got there 20 minutes before closing and all we wanted was a sandwich and his attitude was terrible like we were bothering him to make us a sandwich. Lawrence is definitely not a good representative of your company and if it was up to me I would fire him immediately. On the other hand, this was my first time ever having a Jimmy John's sandwich and I must say that it was fantastic! I didn't appreciate the service or the attitude but I definitely enjoyed the amazing sandwich.
