  Exemplary hospitality. The 2 workers were a team I'm getting my order done. One of them also offered to help get my food to my car.

  We intentionally put this order in much earlier that we would have thought to based on the previous experience at this store taking an absurdly long time. We arrived to pick up our order roughly 30 minutes after placing it. The sandwiches not only weren’t ready but the employees hadn’t started making them yet. They did, however, take delivery and in-store orders and make those orders while I was in the store before starting to make mine.

  When I think Jimmy John’s, I think freaky fast, stellar service! I was disappointed today to find out the new pickle sandwich I’d been looking forward to is online order only. No problem, I put an order in online despite the store being empty. The bummer part was the staff having an attitude and being rude to me from the minute I walked in the door. I will think twice before going to this location again.

  From the first time I ordered from Jimmy John's, to the last order for delivery, I have never been disappointed. I treat myself about every two weeks. I love their food and their service. My order is delivered within 10-15 minutes by friendly people on their bicycles.
