- PJPheadra JacksonAug 15, 20261.0Today 8/15/2026 at approximately 7:35pm I received my order via DoorDash from the Carrollton location, they literally threw the burger and fries in the bag without properly wrapping and packaging the burger and fries, then the tomatoes, Mayo, lettuce was all over in the bag with ALL of fries just thrown on top not even in their individual little bags, it looked like they violently shookex the bag the handed it to the DoorDash driver, I called up to complain, and the piss poor manager yelled to the employee “I don’t have no time to come to no phone,” and they just sat there phone down…, this place is trash and has fell off.., as a former customer I’m disappointed in the atrocious lack of customer service, and when I tell you I will NEVER order from Five guys again and I mean THAT! If I could BLOCK Five Guys on DoorDash I would!!!! Horrible customer service from management on down.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
