  Elysian Events Catering Company was absolutely incredible. We hired them for my mom’s 70th birthday party at my house, and they helped make the night feel special from the moment they arrived. They created a beautiful charcuterie display that immediately elevated the entire event. The setup was gorgeous, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. They also passed around delicious hors d’oeuvres throughout the party, and the food was truly 10/10. Everything tasted amazing, and our guests kept commenting on how good it was. Several people even reached out to me after to get the name of the catering company. What impressed me most was how seamless their service was. They were like catering ninjas! Always present when needed, but never in the way. They kept everyone fed, the presentation beautiful, and the event flowing effortlessly. I highly recommend Elysian Events Catering Company for anyone hosting a private party, birthday celebration, or gathering in New Orleans. Great food, beautiful presentation, and professional service from start to finish.

  We had a welcome party in mid-April for about 80 people, which included an oyster bar, passed apps, and a buffet. Everything was fabulous. the menu choices really showcased New Orleans cuisine, and it was a pleasure working with the team in planning our event. The quality of the food and servers at the event were fantastic!. Highly recommend.

  We worked with Jen from Elysian Events to cater lunch for our conference and the entire experience was stellar. Jen was able to recommend dishes that would give our guests the true NOLA experience, she was very thoghtful and great about quick responses and communicating throughtout the planning process. The food was top tier and all of our event attendees loved the wide variety and top quality of everything. Could not recommend Jen and Elysian Events enough. They were 5 Stars all the way!

  Beignets and Bouquets had the pleasure of working with Elysian Catering for our clients’ wedding, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Carrie Ann and Jen were absolute superstars — they truly rocked it from start to finish! Their team was collaborative, easy to work with, and so open to creative ideas throughout the planning process. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was gorgeous, and the level of service on the wedding day was outstanding. They helped make everything feel seamless for both the vendor team and our clients, which is something we deeply value as planners. We would happily work with them again and highly recommend Elysian Catering!

  This past weekend, my wife and I had our destination wedding in New Orleans, and we had to travel over 14 hours to get there. The entire experience with the catering company we hired was an absolute nightmare. When we told them a month in advance we were driving to pick up our wedding dress and wanted to schedule a tasting we were told only do tasting on Monday Tuesday and Wednesdays, and refused to even work with us on tasting anything which I wish we could have tasted it before hand to pick other options! When our wedding venue told them they could not use their tables, they made us rent a oven and tables for them, this is a catering company build your business to meet every venue. We paid for enough food for 85 guests, only 60 arrived, we had our ceremony and came straight into the dining hall the food was out for our guests. the wedding party stepped outside for photos and came inside and at 830 all the food was gone!! the wedding was scheduled untill 10pm!! Our photographer and 1 of the groomsmen didnt even get a plate, the only reason the bride got a plate was because I made her one before the photos! Our wedding party had to run outside and demand our food back and was told, "I guess we can scrape the bottom of the pan" to feed the photographer, how is the food gone in a hour with 25 less people showing up and more than 10 of them were young children!. We had to rush to cut the cake because they were trying to drive off and had to beg for the utensils that they picked up. HIGHLY upset with our experience with this company and very surprised to see a 5 star rating
