Had pizza delivered to our hotel room went down stairs met the delivery driver got up stairs opened the box and TWO (2) BABY ROACHES 🪳 WERE CRAWLING IN THE BOX!!!!!! called the store and told the manager”so she said she was the manager” and she was absolutely unacceptably RUDE!!! She said first she would remake it and I said no I don’t want another pizza she said well it won’t have them in it this time!! I said UHM NO HOW CAN YOU ASSURE SOMEONE OF THAT!! This is going in the trash I can not feed this to my child!!! She says something else I said would you feed this to your child???? She says well first I don’t have a kid…… but I will have to charge you for the parm bites and other medium pizza I said the bites were free they were “points” and I’m not eating or feeding this to my child…. I’ll be glad for you to get it back and refund the money because I’m trashing it…. She says you will have to pay for the other two items and I’ll refund the one that had roaches as her staff was laughing in the background….. absolutely DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have filed a complaint with corporate already, since the “manager” and staff seem to think it’s comical…..

He literally YELLED at me when I was having difficulty hearing and understanding him. Took a deep breath and YELLED. Totally uncalled for. Turning down the loud music might help.
