  When we arrived, we were placed on a waiting list for a table. To kill time, our kids played games. An hour later, we still weren’t contacted to be seated at a table. Once we were finally seated, no one came to our table for 20 minutes. Still currently waiting on an order and we’ve been here for 2 hours. I can say the waitress was sweet once we met her, but the service was sooooo slow….. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  This place is very professional and fun for the kids. This is one of the best managed D&B I’ve visited. The manager was so pleasant,professional and energetic about us as guests and her staff. It was an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE with a party of 20 (5adults). We will be back when in town. ROLL WAVE

  We came in Sunday evening on Mothers Day to play some games. Upon entering, it’s definitely kept up well, very clean. The first game we tried to play took our credits but didn’t actually let us play. The staff member by the prizes called someone over for us, she couldn’t get it to work, so she offered us free play on another game and we appreciated that so much. After we were done, that employee got the original game we wanted to work and gave us credits to play! They were helpful. After some play time we decided to hit the bar area for drinks and food. The one guy bartender ignored us for about 15min, even after making direct eye contact with us twice, and even coming down to our end of the bar to grab stuff he needed, not one word was said. Had Mrs Yolanda not come up to save the day, this review would not be a good one. When you work in customer service, especially for tips, you treat people the way Mrs Yolanda did us! She made what started to be a bad experience, phenomenal. She deserves a huuuuge shout out, same for the manager on duty, Ms Devin(?) I’m sorry if that’s wrong! She and Yolanda def turned our drink/dining experience around. We will be back to see Mrs Yolanda!! Thank yall so much for the friendly service! 4 stars only because of the guy behind the bar who ignored us, Yolanda gets 10/10!!!

  Lot of games are broken and it took so long to just get our drinks when we sat down at a table. The server also over charged us for the expensive game cards and when we asked about it they said they couldn’t refund it. They said a manager would call us back that following Monday to do a refund and nobody ever called back. We called twice and each time the manager was in a meeting and couldn’t talk. Save your money and do not go to this Dave n busters, it’s probably the worst one I’ve ever seen. Poor service from the waiters and bad management. They also should follow through on promises when they say they will call someone.

  What a terrible experience. Ordered appetizers, they brought us the wrong appetizer then 20 minutes later we had to reorder the appetizer we wanted. Forgot my beer, asked for them to check on it 3 times then had to completely reorder it. Brought us another tables appetizers twice and their drinks once. Brought my wife the wrong burger, it was supposed to be a double bacon burger and we were given a scholarship and when we told them they took the burger back and just threw two pieces of bacon on it. Then we sat for over 20 minutes after finishing our meal for them to ask if we wanted the check and then on the check we had nachos and added chicken on our bill that we did not order. Then I get a charge on my card for the original amount and not the adjusted amount. Then when we called to ask about the charges and we were hung up on and when we finally spoke to the manager she said "oh you're the people that didn't tip". Which is true because this was the second worst dining experience of my life. A tip is earned not given for terrible service.
