    Had a lot of fun here until games didn't work. First time was reimbursed second time i was brushed off entirely with an excuse for only one of the games that didn’t work. Completely ignored about the third game that didn’t work. Overall was fun but service was abysmal.

    Very bad experience. They do not validate parking!!!! I paid $55 to Park to get into Dave and Buster's. I said to the person at the desk did I just pay which was $30 when I got there and $55 when I left, she just said yep. Think they could have settled in a different manner. Don't waist your money and time. I will never go back to this location and I will let everyone I know visiting new Orleans not to go!

    Came to D &B while on vacation and Missy took great care of us. She took the time out to bring us drinks for waiting. Proceeded to ask the manager who was going to take of us, and then took it on herself to become our server and I’m so glad she did. If you visiting or local, go in and ask Missy and she got you!!!!!

    We waited 45 minutes for our food, well my family did; my steak salad came out 35 minutes after talking to the manager who wasn't the least bit helpful and just down right condescending. I understand all of the horrible reviews, when seeing the attitude of the manager; negativity and bad habits come from the top. Having worked in the service industry and having visited many other Dave & Busters; this one is seriously lacking and needs change; this particular establishment is a stain on the Dave & Busters brand. Attention CORPORATE!!!

    Jerry was our server and treated us so well!!! He was so personable and checked on us frequently. His level of professionalism and kindness will never be lost on me!! My twin and I even found a manager to compliment him! Jerry made us feel seen and appreciated!!! Food was great and perfect for us!!! Will be back and highly recommend!!! Ask for Jerry!!! You will be blessed!!!
