Tonight I went to this restaurant after making reservations two hours in advance because we had an 8:00 PM escape room reservation to get to afterward. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible.
First, the bartender said she didn’t even know what a Paloma was, which was honestly shocking for a restaurant/bar. Then the food took an hour and a half to come out, completely ruining our plans for the evening.
To make matters worse, the manager was extremely unprofessional and argumentative the entire time. Instead of trying to fix the situation, he kept giving attitude and saying he was busy working a private event. It felt like we were inconveniencing him just by being there.
Overall, the service, management, and experience were unacceptable. I will never return, and I highly urge anyone considering coming here to stay away.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. The live music was nice. The food was pretty good but maybe not the best for the price. Oh well, great vibe otherwise. The beers were really good too.

Fun brew pub, awesome friendly servers (specially Big Mike, the oyster shucker!!), great food and amazing beers. Had the beer flight to sample several of the brews! Visited here twice in the 4 days we were in New Orleans!!

This place is amazing. I have not had beer this good since going to Germany years ago. Sit down and the bar and Philip (fantastic bartender) will give you a lesson on real German brewing. Then sit back and enjoy. The Heffeweizen is amazing along with the Pilsner. Then have a great bowl of NOLA Gumbo and chase it down with Charbroiled Oysters shucked by the master shucker Ken right in front of you. Love this place.

It was late and we were hungry. This establishment was live and looked inviting. They had a live band playing and the menu looked appealing enough for us to dine. Once we were called to be seated, we were taken to the very back of the restaurant on an outside patio where no one was seated. We had walked past empty tables and what I noticed was there were no one of color sitting inside the restaurant. The hostess, an African American girl was the person seating us. When I told her that if we had to be seated outside on a patio away fun the music and others, we didn't want to dine there. She quickly got defensive and walked us back to the main hostess who then seated us at a table inside of the restaurant, which they should've done from the beginning. Once we were seated our waitress, Gabriella came over and was very friendly. She took our order and made sure we were good. Once our food came out, I noticed the soft shell crab po boy did not look as the others I had seen come out which is why I ordered it. It didn't have the dressings on it that we had asked to be on the po boy and on the side. We had to ask for that again. Also, the fries were cold. We asked for fresh fries and the heat on them did not last long. They were more luke warm than the others. I also had the roasted beet salad which was a hit! It was delicious. Overall I give this establishment a 1/10 due to the service in which I feel was of prejudice, the only thing that was good was the beet salad, and the live music was nice. A restaurant should never make a patron feel any less than who they are. I spend my money the same as everyone else therefore we should be treated equally. I would never go back to this establishment.
