I had a catering order that was supposed to be ready and picked up at 5:15 pm. My order was not given to me until 7pm. I am beyond enraged and will not be coming back here. Chipotle do better. I am truly disgusted.

They run this place with like 3 people and 2 of them are always on break somehow — where’s the manager? Last visit I left my burrito on the counter and walked out without paying because I was standing at the register getting ignored when I asked to get checked out. Been going to Felipe’s instead — better food, way better service, cheaper and faster too. Zero reason to come back here. Edit: they are always somehow out of many items when I visit at any point of the day.
