    They so got damn slow!! Always!!! I really hate coming to this place!!! They have a full staff and its always a long wait!!!!!! All the employees move like Snails and they look as if they don't know what they're doing!!!!!😡😡😡😡

    Got order wrong and had 5 FF w/3 sandwiches. Later date -- did not have sauces for 4 sandwiches and said I could come get some for free, no asking for order # to correct future mistakes.

    Kennadi H was extremely rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and just flat out disrespectful. And typically it’s my favorite chic fil a, but she obviously had no pleasure in serving anyone but herself.

    Worst experience and customer service of any Chick-Fil-A. I see the owner doesn't even respond. I went to this location this past Saturday with my family (April 18th). When my one of my kids opened their chicken minis, there was hair all in the box. I immediately tried to call to see what could be done but nobody answered. I called several times throughout the day and nobody would answer until 5:01pm. At that time I spoke to a manager named CAM and I told him what happened and he got my receipt information and everything and told me he was so sorry and that he was adding me to the cares log to get my ENTIRE ORDER REFUNDED as well as MY ENTIRE ORDER REMADE. He couldn't do the refund over the phone since I paid in cash but all the information was supposedly put into the log for me to come back today, Monday April 20th. I get there today and I let them know my name and that it's supposed to be in the log. The 2 managers, a Spanish lady as well as the other one, an African American lady told me that my name isn't in the log. They kept calling me Leslie and I told them several times my name is LEXI not Leslie. They said there was nothing to do for me and that they don't offer refunds and remakes anyway that it's always one or the other. I show them my call log from that Saturday showing all the calls throughout the day that nobody answered them finally the one long call where I did speak to CAM. They didn't care. I asked if they could speak to CAM and they refused. Then they told me they would be willing to replace one meal but not the entire order and definitely not any refund. I told them that's not right because they messed up majorly with hair all over the food and that their manager insisted that my entire order would be remade and refunded. They were like that wouldn't be about $38. I'm well aware of how much it cost because I'm the one that paid for it. I'm not even the one that asked for all of that to be done as in the entire order, that's what CAM insisted would be done for all of the trouble. When I got the remake bag after dealing with both of their rude attitudes, the sticker said Leslie which once again isn't even the correct name and they didn't have the order right. They will mess your food up, apologize, and then promise to remake your entire order as well as refund it but then when you get there, they will tell you that you're lying because they claim that's not something they do. Shame on y'all. I will never purchase another thing from this location or any of the other locations owned by the same guy. Apparently he owns 3. Zoom in if you have trouble seeing all the hair.

    UPDATE: the owner is sensible and kind, thankfully. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I ordered a Market Salad through the drive-thru and requested grilled tenders. The employee confirmed this substitution was available. After a delay, I was asked to park and wait for my order. I have never waited that long for a salad before, but assumed it was because the tenders were being made to order. When I took the salad out the bag, before leaving the parking lot, there was no chicken included. I returned to the walk up window to have it corrected. The salad was taken to the prep area, where two employees appeared to laugh while looking at it, which made me feel uncomfortable. A manager then told me, “There’s evidence of chicken on there. Do you see the crumbs?” implying that I had received chicken or possibly removed it myself. I explained that there was no chicken on the salad when I received it. I told the manager he was the one who brought it to my car. I advised there was no possible way I had enough time to remove anything because I understood what he was alluding to. The interaction felt dismissive, and I did not feel believed. He advised they do not make grilled tenders. I did not know this because I never order grilled. I was told a new salad would be made, but after waiting an additional 10 minutes without any communication, I returned to the window and requested a refund. I cannot definitively state intent, but the tone, body language, and treatment I received raised concerns for me about whether bias may have played a role in how my situation was handled. Regardless, the experience included incorrect order handling, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of communication. I believe this situation should be reviewed. It would have made more sense for the manager to ask the line workers if they removed anything from the salad rather than assuming I was lying. The consensus was that I am so desperate that I cannot purchase what I want. I have never, nor will I ever be a thief. Employees should have enough awareness to handle each customer as they present themselves and not make such swift judgments. The audacity of the young ladies to laugh, I was completely taken aback. I had no idea wanting a salad with customizations would lead to me being accused of such foolishness. FYI, a person that waits over 10 minutes and is pulled into a parking space for a salad alone, then smiles and thanks the person who brings her her food without attitude or confrontation is not the type of person who lies and steals.
