- JGJoseph GiesyJun 18, 20261.0I came to eat here the bathroom was disgusting my daughter had to sit down just toilet paper everywhere hair on the toilet I asked them if they had any cleaning supplies to clean the toilet the employees lied and said they didn't and then when I had to get upset they pulled out a brand new pack of sanitizing wipes so I acceptable that you just leave the bathroom that way even worse that they had to lie about it because they didn't want to shuffle their feet

Employees are always respectful, the restaurant is spotless, and somehow they move a line of 30 cars faster than most places move 5. The food is consistently fresh and actually tastes high quality. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries never disappoint. You can tell they care about doing things the right way instead of just pumping food out. In a world where customer service is basically dead, Chick-fil-A still gets it right. Easily the best fast food chain in the game.

After we ate, we tried to get a refill and my husband just stood there at the front counter waiting to be helped and the workers saw him there but didn't engage into seeking what he needed. He even asked one of the workers if they did refills, and they responded yes; however, he didn't even fill the drinks. He would rather fill the orders coming on a screen. It only takes a few seconds for a refill. Needless to say, get a large cup if you don't want refills. They are not good in the service of refilling your drinks.

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I have repeatedly witnessed this location fail to follow proper delivery verification protocols, and it finally directly affected me today. An employee handed my assigned delivery order to a random person because they were not properly paying attention or verifying the pickup correctly. The driver was never asked to fully confirm or swipe the order before leaving with the food. That is one of the most basic and important procedures for preventing stolen or misassigned deliveries, yet this location consistently ignores it. This is not an isolated incident. It has become a pattern at this store. Legitimate drivers are the ones who suffer when employees fail to enforce pickup procedures because we are then blamed for delays, missing orders, or canceled deliveries that were caused by the restaurant’s negligence. Customers are also negatively impacted because their food ends up in the wrong hands. There needs to be immediate retraining and stronger management oversight at this location. Employees should be requiring every delivery driver to fully confirm and swipe the order in front of staff before releasing any food. No exceptions. This protects the restaurant, the customer, and the drivers doing honest work. I will also be escalating this matter to Chick-fil-A Corporate because this ongoing lack of attention and accountability is unacceptable for a company that normally prides itself on operational excellence and customer service. I truly hope leadership takes this seriously and fixes the issue before it continues happening to more drivers and customers.
