  Well I order the hot boy w/ over hard fried egg. My burger bun was so wet & soggy. And my egg was raw . Yuuuuuccckkkkk. It was no one in the restaurant, but us. We were the only customers so I didn't understand why was my food so sloppy? And I had a runny egg on my burger. When I made sure that I said over hard, I had LOADED fries in which I would have thought had a cheese or a queso, covering them NO, IT WAS SOME KIND OF SAUCE THAT WAS BASED IN MAYO. I HATED IT. I COULD NOT EAT ANY MORE OF MY FOOD. I WILL NEVER RETURN, BUT MY HUSBAND LOVED HIS FOOD TOP TO BOTTOM.

  I would have loved to try it after seeing all the reviews of this place. However when we got there at 5 pm on a Sunday there doors were locked. An employee answered the door as we walked away to let us know they ran out of burgers it was a huge disappointment. We went to their other location and well that was a bigger disappointment for all the hype the burgers were tasteless.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at Burger Nerds. This was only my second time visiting because my mom likes to support this business, so I decided to give them another try. The first time I came, I was told that if I bought the fries, the drink came with it. On my second visit, I simply asked about that because I remembered what I had been told before. I wasn’t asking for anything free—I was only trying to understand my order. Instead of politely explaining it, the owner spoke to me in a rude, disrespectful, and degrading way. I was made to feel like I was trying to get over on them or asking for a handout, which was never the case. I paid for my food and only asked a simple question. What hurt me the most was the way I was talked to. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly wondering if I was treated that way because of my race. I can’t say that was the reason, but that’s how the interaction made me feel. Customer service is about treating people with respect, especially when they’re supporting your business. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning. I hope no other customer has to experience what I did.i have video of The Whole thing was not getting ten dollar special I was get double queso burger with fully loaded fries and only ask did a drink come with it the video is on instagram trust he lying

  Clean Fast service the Uptown location definitely has great burgers. The owner was very pleasant and redeemed such a horrible experience from the Metarie location. Great customer service is rare these days thank you for going out the way to make things right. You’ve gained a customer for life!
