  The food is always good. Service is some times lacking. May see our waiter/waitress twice. Once to get order and to get payment.

  Went in and ordered food. Got our beverages. My daughter's food arrives 20 minutes goes by then my food arrives. My fries were cold. It was some cheese substance on it that in your mouth felt like plastic I've been to many Buffalo wild wings. This was by far the worst experience.

  The three women working today 4/28/2026 @7pm shift literally blatantly ignored me and my family of three to get away with not doing work. I’ve never seen such lazy work to a point that you postpone not one before people in the place is completely empty. You don’t need to be working at all. At that point me and my family just left and went somewhere else. We tried to call the local number to get in contact with the manager to inform them about the bad service. No excuse me terrible service. One girl poked her head out, looked at us didn’t say anything just left Standing there. The other woman had her child at work. It was more concerned about helping her child, then catering to the people waiting at the door, waiting to be seated. I’m fuming so upset because you don’t need to be working a job like this if you’re not gonna be doing it correctly. The manager also tagged along and also ignored us too. She doesn’t need to be working a job either. I don’t even mean to bash Buffalo wild wings because we come here all the time And the service is usually great, but these new wave of people is just horrible. Like nobody was in there, and they still refuse to work.
