Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
No one was at the register, used the kiosk then someone noticed we where there. Took too long to get order ready. It's quiet an no one else in the place other than workers. Watched people walk out because no one was coming to the register when asked if someone worked up front. Never come here again. Chickens is white when grilled, can't even taste the fries, an when I wanted mayo they put it in a cup instead of on my burger. 👎

We ordered (order #501250 @9:51pm)
The woman working the window (red hair) was very rude. We ask for a souvenir cup, she said “we don’t do specialty lemonades in those cups- I will have to charge you for 2 drinks” we said that was fine. My husband wanted a chicken burger (#12), she interrupted him while he was speaking and said “that’s gonna be six minutes”.
Fast forward to the window, she gave us 2 prickly pear drinks, not in the souvenir cup, she failed to tell us while ordering that they don’t have those.
I did not have onion rings with my order, which I ask for while ordering. I asked her for them and she began screaming to the back that they did not give me onion rings, “even though it’s supposed to be fries”. Told us to pull around and they would be out shortly. She brought them out herself and threw them into my husbands hand saying “here you go” and walking back inside, never looking at us.
Her customer service was poor. Made the experience not worth the money.

Very clean, great staff, awesome service, make you want to eat at whataburger. Everything is nice n hot, we'll trained staff.
