    None of the order screens have lights. You just have to push the button and hope they answer. Makes no sense. You can't even see what you are ordering before it comes to your car.

    The worst Sonic in America. Employee attitude sucks. Made order they were out of just about everything. Ordered mini blast they gave us forks to eat ice cream with. Horrible I will be contacting Corp office.

    First spot I pulled into was broken. Went to the next one and had to push the button FOUR times because they kept deactivating it. They even started the comm once and then got off without saying anything. When someone finally answered, I was in the middle of talking when they interrupted to tell me they were out of what I wanted (literally just a corn dog….) Left without ordering anything. You guys don’t even have screens at 50%+ of your spots and the ones with screens were not full. No excuse for ignoring customers.
