This morning my coffee was not made right so I let them know and the manager was really rude about it. I drink decaf and know when it’s not decaf because it’s very strong and I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like. She was not the one who made it and when she brought out the right drink she went on to saying we were loud and they are only human and she made it herself. Which was a lie. She didn’t make it herself and it was wrong. They lost two customers because I won’t tolerate them being rude. I only let them know that the coffee was wrong.
