Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- HHHanna1 day ago1.0Worst service ever ! Had to sit and wait because the guy behind the counter wanted to have a full conversation with someone while there was a line of people! We waited over 25 minutes and still no food and there was hardly anyone there or at the window so I don’t know what was taking so long! Waited 5 min to get ketchup! It’s ridiculous

My husband wanted the double meat jalapeño burger and I ordered the all famous patty melt. Both meals. The fries were ON POINT but the sandwiches were not. There was no double meat on his burger, not many jalapeños, and idk but maybe they added the cheese on to mine? My patty melt was Luke warm at best but still good. Not sure if double meat comes on the patty melt but I did have two pieces of meat. Will this stop me from going back?- no. But for $30 the accuracy of the order should of been there.

Didn’t say a word about a $4 up barge to Make it a cheeseburger. Really, just because you’re off I-49 you don’t have to rip off the public that badly. But the food was fine.
