  Ordering here is like pulling teeth. Drive thru speaker hasn't worked for months. Half the booths don't work. It takes over half an hour to get your food at any given point in the day, busy or not. If you order a shake, it will come melted by the time it gets to you. By far, the worst establishment in all of Natchitoches

  Slushie machine has been down for over three weeks now. It’s what Sonic is known for…hoping that this will be taken care of soon.

  Ordered ahead of time and still sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the food, the food is cold when getting it and no workers are friendly. I also called and the phone was ignored.

  Mozzarella sticks were cold. Cheese inside not gooey at all.

  the workers are always very rude, the slushy machine has been down for I don’t even know how long now, and they rush you to order so they’re getting stuff wrong everytime.
