    Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s that exists! I waited 45 minutes for a happy meal and when I and several others who had also waited as long as me stood at the counter asking about our food we were told we were rude and we didn’t know anything about customer service. We asked for the manager and he would not come out and talk to us. The employees were laughing and joking while cars were piling up in the drive thru and the parking lot! Whoever owns this restaurant needs to reevaluate their employees and possibly their ownership of this establishment. Will absolutely never return to this trash heap of a “restaurant.”

    I have come to this McDonald's multiple times and every single time I come I am waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my food. Other people are waiting just as long, if not longer than me when I go. The employees just talk in the back and dilly dally and ignore the customers. I asked if they had started my order and the employees just laughed at me. I started asking for a refund on my most recent visit and it took 15-20 minutes for them to actually come up and do anything. Worst experience of any fast food chain I have ever been to.

    Here’s a sharper version that stays factual but makes it very clear how unacceptable the experience was: This was, without question, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered through the mobile app and gave my code at the drive-thru speaker. When we got to the window, we were told they had never entered our order, so we had to give the code again. Then they pulled us into one of the waiting spots. We sat there for 55 minutes. The only reason we got any food at all was because I went inside three separate times to ask what was going on. When they finally brought our order out, it was a disaster. We received the wrong food, our drinks were missing, the FIFA cup that I paid extra for wasn’t included, my daughter’s Happy Meal toy was missing, and my husband’s order was made incorrectly to the point that he couldn’t even eat it. To top it off, every single item was cold. This wasn’t just a small mistake. It was complete incompetence from start to finish. We lost nearly an hour on a long road trip while sitting in the parking lot with a toddler and an infant trapped in the car. We wasted our money, our time, and a lot of patience. And we clearly weren’t the only ones. There were around seven other cars parked waiting for orders. I spoke with three different customers who had all been waiting 30 to 40 minutes, and I watched other people cancel their orders altogether because the wait had become ridiculous. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of disorganization. If your staff can’t handle mobile orders or the volume of customers, something needs to change. This location turned what should have been a quick stop into an hour-long headache and still couldn’t manage to get a single order right. Two stars because they’re harder to remove than one star reviews.

    I’ve seen my fair share of poorly run McDonald’s but this one takes the cake. You push the mobile app use and then don’t even check in the mobile orders when the number is given? We had to wait over 60 minutes to get our food. Inexcusable. Whoever is running this joint needs to be canned. Edit: I had to update this review twice for how long we have waited

    Simple order. 2 quarter pounder combos. Told to move on, circle building, and park. Did so. Waited over 20 minutes. Was delivered 2 wrong orders before getting the correct one. No napkins or straws. Worse McDonald's experience in 50 years. And, it's apparent from all the negative reviews that the franchise owner and McDonald's doesn't care.
