  The girl who is at the window taking orders needs to be spoken to. I asked for a moment to decide she said ok and she gave me 1 second then asked "ok what can I get for you?" Then proceeded to ask me FIVE more times wich is absolutely crazy. Just wait a moment... No one else was in the drive through so it wasn't like she was busy she was just standing there. I wasn't taking a long time and literally didn't even have time to read 2 items.. she was just in a complete rush then once I get to the window she wouldn't say a word .. she had time to say all that over and over at the speaker but couldn't say a word respond to anything or even respond to have a good day? If you hate your job get a new one so others who can do the job with actual customer service can be placed in the spot. Mabye being in the kitchen would be better for her she was absolutely rude and is losing taco bell money I would have ordered alot more. Please help your employee with tips on how to speak to customers if it is a part of their job

  Drive Thru lady was EXTREMELY rude. I asked for a small amount of ice and she filled it to the top and when I tried announcing it she became very hostile and rude

  So I had no idea that it’s kiosk only I go in there and wait at the counter for someone to take my order and this rude women is like “do you know how to use the screen?” In such an arrogant way. And I’m polite so I order at the kiosk and it’s with cash so I press cash pay at the counter. Still waiting at the counter and then this other girl who was on her phone is like “what yall waiting on” when finally she comes over and takes my cash and acts like I should have just done it myself, like yeah let me come around the counter and do it myself. So so rude for absolutely no reason almost started tearing up. But this nice young man made up for it by apologizing and giving me a coupon. 1/10 do not come here
