  I usually don't read reviews before I go to places because I want to have my own experience. Furthermore, I don't usually post reviews for the same reason. But when I tell you, they left me no choice. If 0 or negative stars was an option on food, that's what I would give them. Hands down the WORSE bbq ever served by a human on this side of earth. Who told them they can cook. And who is keeping them in business. The lady who took my order was so kind and friendly and even suggested that I avoid the veggie of the day because it looked like it had no seasoning. She suggested the strawberry lemonade claiming it was very good - it was not. Finally, she asked me to have patience with the cook because he was new and need to work independently to learn everything more/better. Twenty mintues or so later, I drive through the drive through and get my plate. One bite, I should have turned my car around and gave the whole plate back to them. Brisket was tasteless. _ was dried out. Sausage taste like potty meat out the can. And ribs were so dry, one would have thought it sat directly under the sun all day. This was not a good experience at all. Like who is keeping them in business. THROW IT IN THE LONG GRASS. Wasted all my money and even left them a tip. PLEASE don't come here.

  If you’re looking for something quaint, simple, and absolutely unforgettable, East Gate Barbeque is it. This place completely exceeded my expectations. Everything is homemade, and you can taste the care in every bite. The portions are huge, the flavors are over-the-top in the best way, and it’s the kind of meal that just sticks with you. And Aunt B? Truly the hostess with the mostest. She made us feel like family the second we walked in—warm, welcoming, and genuine in a way you just don’t find everywhere. No frills, just incredible food and even better people. Highly recommend.
