  Very nice food and very nice people. The only thing I'd change is making the Honey Chicken Biscuits an all day option.

  I’ve been to this store 3 different times and they forget something or or completely mess it up I won’t be doing business with this store again

  It took over 10 minutes for us to get our food and we had to end up pulling up to the trash can bc they told us to get the guy behind us got his food first.

  Took 30 mins in drive thru. Gave wrong food to the car in front of me. Guy started eating fresh from the bag. Then gave food back to the employee. The employee would have given food to me if I had not seen it. I repeated my order 4 times to the employees. They still got it wrong. I ordered 1 large coke and a large coke zero. When I asked which one was what...she shrugged her shoulders and said she did not not. We left very disappointed. We then drank the sodas. Both were nothing but carbonated water!!. Very unprofessional and terrible service. Food was cold as well! I love waterburger, but would never go to this waterburger.In monroe louisiana ever again!!!! By far this is the worst fast food restaurant i've ever been in in my life!

  good service just for some cold fries and a lukewarm burger with a weird tasting soda, I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this place though the hours of 12pm-4am the peek times to get a burger or a meal from this location is 5am-11am ig the workers who actually care that makes a hot burger with hot fries works during that time and the line be to long just for some cold fries and a lukewarm burger and than the 5 times out of 10 the order is not messed up but the times they do can just be really upsetting , Just now i ordered a meal from here the fries was cold and i asked for a plain burger even the receipt says Cheese and Ketchup only why do i have onions on my burger and they missed my dads fries which i PAID for, and they gave us diet cokes instead of regular cokes, once again the receipt said COKE, now it’s my fault for not checking the bag before i pulled off but cmon how do u messed up an order that bad, and Whataburger not even bad it’s good just this location is bringing down the reputation that Whataburger has, hell even the one in ruston is better then this location i would also like to add the line be so long you don’t wanna give go back and wait for them to remake it. All it will be is some more cold fries and a lukewarm burger that is made right. Ig, this location is understaffed. I mean, how u gonna charge me for some cold fries that I didn’t even get?
