  This was total crap. Went through the drive through - my order was $19 total. Handed the girl my card and she hands me back the receipt - total charged was $28 and not a single thing on the receipt was my order. Told her- she calls a manager over. She does a refund for $18 and change ( refunded someone else's order) then they charge me again for the $19 and hand me $10 in cash. Just checked my account and both charges posted no refund was given! I paid $47 for a $19 order. And the whole time the manager lady was ripping into this associate. This isn't even the first time. They CONSTANTLY mess up my order. Every time. Im just giving up, I kept going because the next closest tacobell is all the way in WM. But this is the final straw. Tried to get a treat for my kids after they both had specialist appts- total BS. Hate this place. How hard is it to take and order and look at a screen? Food wasnt even worth it.

  Worst Taco Bell ive ever been too. They have messed up my order the last 4 times ive been recently, and they have had a history of this too. I know its just Taco Bell, but whatever happened to taking pride in your work? The staff is rude as well. Id hate to drive to West Monroe for Taco Bell, but I think I will from now on. YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR TACO LICENSE REVOKED!!!

  Taco Bell has gone down hill with customer service. They make us order on the computers, reject helping us, and older citizens are left in the dark. Wouldn’t take $100 bill for a 50 dollar order. And the food takes forever to get to us. Just horrible customer service.

  Absolute chaos. 27 minutes to get order of 5 items. People walking out. Homeless guys walking in restaurant asking for money from patrons. What is going on? 8 employees working, so it’s not short staffed.
