  I pulled up at 6:40 and was the first car waited 20 minutes just for them to bring somebody else food out before me and then told me the grill was down.

  I've had several negative experiences with this location. Wait times are excessive, half the stalls dont work, the staff needs to work on customer service, and my orders are constantly messed up. With this last order half of it was missing and was given the wrong drink. They were "out" of milk for the kids meal but didn't offer an alternative. Just walked off. So basically paid for a meal I never got.

  Ordered a brownie Sonic blast and was given a cookie dough blast. When I said something about it, they said there was brownies beneath there, they just sprinkled with cookie dough KNOWING that they messed it up and was just too lazy to fix the right one. I guess I just pay for whatever they decide to make. This store sucks and their employees could care less.
