  Got my order wrong multiple times, burnt the hot dog, and the smash burger was disgusting. I threw out the hamburger after 2 bites.

  Took them 46 minutes just to bring me a #1 , and this was after id already paid,when they finally came they accidently dropped all the food ,i immediately asked for a refund .They need workers who actually care not only about their job but the customers that they serve as well instead of just hiring useless people who ride the clock for a paycheck

  I don't know why I even bother coming to this location. Every time I come here I wait twenty+ minutes for my mobile order and then don't have time to eat because I have to rush back to work to clock in. The staff is nice enough but there's no reason I should place a mobile order at 10:18, check in on the app at 10:23, and not receive my order until 10:44. Waiting over twenty minutes for a "fast food" order is just ridiculous. I have lost count of how many times this has happened at this location over the past several months so after today I won't be back.
