  Night time staff is the best! Nice man took order. Quick fast and pleasant. Same with register lady. Kindly asked me to pull up to wait for fries. Manager came out with order, very sweet. Fries were hot and tasty! Same with frappes. Overall superb service especially for going at 11:16 pm!! All 3 people working there need a raise!

  Went there 5-1-2026 at around 10:30 in the morning. Ordered 6 McDoubles. Was told they didn’t have any hamburger patties cooked and was told to wait. Waited for close to 30 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order the lady delivering the order literally threw it into the car and ran off. Wasn’t to big of a deal, but did add to the overall dissatisfaction I got on this day. We were pretty hungry so we left out and started passing out burgers to everyone. They were cold. It’s as if they had them made within a few minutes of us parking and was sitting on the counter getting cold. Not only that, but all of the bread was stale as could be. Couldn’t eat them. Tried to call to see if we could get this messed up order fixed, no one would answer the phone. Mr. Tony Gilley, you need some quality control for your stores, they are getting worse and worse. When I worked for you, we had to be prime for a very minimum pay. Now your workers are getting paid a decent wage for the work, and your products are subpar for what they charge. I understand prices going up, but quality and customer service going down is crazy!

  For the past 10 years, I've lost faith in almost every fast food place I walked into. I live right by this McDonald's and decided to go inside at 10:15 at night for food. It was cold and I was on foot so I decided to dine in. A younger guy was mopping the lobby when I walked up. I expected annoyance for wanting to dine in when he had just finished mopping, and no one seemed bothered that i was there. The manager on duty took my order, and I asked if they were closing soon because I wanted to dine in and I saw the guy mopping and didn't want to dirty the floor or tables by eating inside. She kindly assured me it was fine. Not once did she seem frustrated or annoyed. I believe it was the same guy who was mopping who checked on me while I ate, and the girl with the orangish-red hair made sure I didnt need anything when I was standing there waiting on my food to be prepared. I want to thank all 3 of them for giving me a little faith in fast food workers again. My food was fresh and the restaurant was clean (the lobby and what I could see of the kitchen from my viewpoint at the front counter.) Give those 3 a raise. Thank you for a good experience so close to closing time! It doesnt happen often these days.

  Completely raw on the inside. This is two separate burgers here. Squeeze them and it’s bright red juice coming out
