  I have been coming to this location for several months now. Service has been pretty good until today. Received a drink that was made correctly. Took the drink, put it on the cup hold and drove to Walmart. Removed drink from cup holder only to find the cup was cracked beneath the drink sticker, leaked all out in the cup holder me, the console. Made a mess. Went back to dunkin and asked if they would make a new one or not. I was told to pull to the windows. The lady at the window was soooo rude, accused me of drinking it and then cracking the cup. Which given the mess in my truck. Obviously was not the case. I went in and approached the worker about her rudness only for it to continue!!! So rude. Ao many other coffee places to go and spend my money at. Never going back.

  I have been there twice and have not received a hot donut yet. The first time I went the donuts seemed like they had been in a refrigerator. They were ice cold. I went there this morning and ordered two plain glazed donuts and two chocolate covered. They were not ice cold but they were not hot either. They were not soft like a fresh donut usually is. I was really disappointed on both trips. These are not the same soft hot donuts I would eat at the Dunkin Donuts that was here years ago.

  I went through the drive thru to get one drink and one croissant. I couldn't remember what the drink was called, the girl in the drive thru was very difficult about helping me figure it out. Then I waited about 10 minutes for my food, and she was on her phone when she gave it to me. She didn't ask me if I wanted jelly or anything like they normally do and just closed the window and went back to her phone.

  First time visitor to the new location and I honestly don't think I'd ever go again! Our donuts were cold, super thick and dense and taste as if they were a few days old. My protein coffee was the worse I ever tasted. The mango refresher my husband had was really good, best thing we had! The lady that took my order sounded as if she had just woken up or either she just was not ready to work that day. It was a 2/10 experience!
