The staff is always friendly and I got my drinks fairly quickly! The employees around had an friendly vibe and the staff that took my order talked with me about my day.

I’ve been coming here for months and the service was good. But in the recent weeks it has declined significantly. I sat in line today for 10 minutes with no service. The girl who was taking orders was only going to the customers in the line closest to the building. Leaving the second lane to sit and wait. When I finally made it to the beginning of the line, the second girl didn’t great as normal, didn’t ask my number or anything and just looked at me. Idk what is happening at this location but it’s definitely lacking in customer service. I may have to find another coffee spot.

I would NOT go back to this location. I'm a nurse and ever since I found out about the first responders discount I would use it every single time I went. I just went recently and was told only military and EMS qualifies for it. This is my first time ever hearing this after always getting it.

so they messed up me and my friends order the first time so we came back around and asked to remake it and apologized for the inconvenience but when we left i finally tried my drink and it literally tasted rotten i almost threw up. I won’t be returning. I’m a huge 7 brew fan and im there atleast multiple times a week and have never had a problem.
