- ATArmani TMay 11, 20261.0Taco Bell on 6715 Airline Dr Metairie, LA 70003 has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I was trying to pick up a Uber Eats order and they don’t answer at the drive thru. Had to drive up to the window and no one was in sight. After waiting about 5 minutes, someone came up to the window and with an attitude, told me that the order was already picked up (like they do almost every time). They work super slow and always look to be either high or have a bad attitude and don’t want to do their jobs!! Fire the whole staff at this point. It’s always a dreadful experience at this location. I always try to avoid going here when possible.

I know that's not how customers are supposed to be greeted. Then I was informed that they ran out of nacho cheese sauce???? Whole restaurant is lazy and disrespectful. Will not be coming back.

There was no one there.. inside or in the carline, yet it took 25-30 minutes to get our food. My nacho fries were COLD to the touch. And when asked for new fries because these were cold they huffed and puffed about it. My beloved Gordita crunch was cold.. the outside tortilla felt like it just came out the fridge. Crispy cantina taco looked like they threw it out the ground and stepped on it as it was in pieces. Anyway. You get the point. Do not stop here for food. Go to another location!!!!!!! 🩷
