Horrible service. Went there tonight to order some food without a car but apparently you need a car for them to serve you or the girl who kept telling me "Sorry, rules are rules. Drive thru only" despite me being at the drive thru, don't serve pedestrian that just want a burger. If this is tge actual Sonic corporations policy, that's dumb but if it's this particular franchise, y'all need to fire the lazy employees who don't want to do their job

Wrong order, unfortunately didn't realize until I got home. It happens! When I called to let them know (and hopefully see what could be done.) The employee said "tough luck, hope we get it right next time." and hung up??? I tried a few times to call back to no answer. Really???? So inappropriate. Check your orders folks, not doing so cost me $30.

Waited for 45 minutes just for the order to be wrong. I consider myself a pretty patient person, so I called and explained the situation to ask what could be done. The night-shift manager started cursing me out, asking what I was calling for, and instructed me not to bother calling back, and hung up. I was beyond shocked and confused. As a first time visit to Sonic, I am completely blown away by the immaturity and unprofessionalism, and I will be sure to let every person I know to stay far away from this location.

i'm usually very understanding of people who work at fast food restaurants, but this was truly unacceptable; waited near 30 minutes for my order of a burger, nuggets, and fries. I approached the drive-thru window and politely asked about the order and was met with a very accusatory response, to which an employee begrudgingly scoffed and said they'd make it for us. After a seriously bad wait time, poor attitude, and lying about the ice-cream machine not working (it did.) they gave us the order without our drinks and without fries. Genuinely awful experience.
Waited for our food for 10 minutes after our food was "on the way" to us, we never had anyone come out to us, we tried pressing the red call button again only to be ignored. Waited in the lot for approximately 30-50 minutes total, employees argued with us when we were finally able to talk to someone. At that point we hadn't gotten our food and we were basically accused of lying and were belittled. They lied about their ice cream machine being down and after the long wait they were making ice cream for other customers. When we finally got our order it was wrong and things were missing. Called for management and the manager was unprofessional and rude. Two employees came out of the bathroom at the same time vaping, another employee hit his vape on the way out of the restaurant door. Disgusting behaviors all over. The GM of this store needs to get a handle on their management team and their employees. Anyone reading this review should really avoid this location if possible, you're better off starving than coming here.
