  I am extremely disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience. I placed an order over two hours ago and still have not received my food. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t have the tools to check the status of my order and could only submit a report. This is completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut accepted my payment, but no one can tell me where my order is, whether it is coming, or when I will receive a refund. I need this issue resolved immediately and a full refund for the order I never received.

  I messed up and ordered the wrong pizza by accident and I called and Ms Colleen took care of me free of charge it was really nice of her cause the pizza was for my kid and he only eats pepperoni!!

  I placed an order online for delivery. I called in my payment however when the door dasher attempted to delivered the food they asked for payment. I told them I called in the payment. But it wasn't showing up on their end so the door dasher took the food back. I called back numerous times to get in touch with someone at the store level, first the call goes to a calling center and when they transfer you the store level hangs up. I did get in touch with a Manager and was told they were going to take care of it and send my drink. They sent the original order which was cold by the time I finally received it. That order was wrong. Completely wrong, I got 2 pizza, bread sticks, wings and a drink. I ordered 3 pizzas, wings and a drink. The pizzas were not what I ordered. I'm highly disappointed at this transaction that occurred today.
