- AWAlissa WashingtonSep 12, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is pure trash. This review isn’t just from one incident. You call you get a call center. Then they transfer you to the most unprofessional human beings on planet earth. You tell them your issue and they take no accountability. Please close this store down! If you’re lucky to get an order. It’s trash! Management is insufferable.

- SRStephany RodriguezAug 16, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience. I placed an order over two hours ago and still have not received my food. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t have the tools to check the status of my order and could only submit a report. This is completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut accepted my payment, but no one can tell me where my order is, whether it is coming, or when I will receive a refund. I need this issue resolved immediately and a full refund for the order I never received.
