  I just ordered a well done NY Style Pizza and when I got my carry out order I of course checked it and it was super flop not well done at all, so I went to ask for help with it from the people on staff and was totally ignored by multiple people because another store came in to get dough so yeah terrible experience with this store.and they forgot the extra garlic sauce Thanx a lot Papa 🤦🏻

  It was very bad they give my order to someone else and they wants to make me wait for another 10min. No gloves on their hands not covering their hair stuff has bad attitude and rude I will never order anything from them again

  I ordered in the app last Friday night as I always do. My delivery came and my husband met the driver outside because of our dogs. He comes in with two boxes instead of three, so I knew it was wrong. The boxes were dripping with grease. I opened them to see that instead of original breadsticks, I received garlic Parmesan breadsticks; I received a poorly made pepperoni pizza that had more crust than sauce and toppings; and I did not receive my cheese pizza. I called the store to ask them to please send me the correct order and the guy on the phone was very rude, told me they were not robots, refused to remake my order, told me he was not redoing my order and I would get a refund, then hung up on me. Needless to say, I called back and requested to speak with the manager; only to find out that it was actually the manager that I had just spoken with who was rude and hung up on me. When I asked for the number to the corporate office, he said since I ordered on the app, I could go back there and find it, then proceeded to hang up on me again. I did look up the number to corporate and call them. I got a machine, left a message, and a week later am still waiting on a call back. We order pizza at least once a week and Papa John’s will never get my business again. So, it isn’t only poor service and food at the local level; obviously, the corporate level people don’t care either. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
