My friend ordered a pepperoni pizza that was very good and delicious , so good that it made me want to order one of my own. So when I decided to order mine only like 15 minutes after we received my friend’s pizza I Ordered a Pepperoni pizza with New York crust and received a thin crust cheese pizza. When I went to the store to turn my untouched incorrect pizza in and get it replaced with what ordered, i was greeted with a careless, non- chalant manager who said he couldn’t fix the issue and that my only hope was calling DoorDash and seemed to care about nothing more than getting back to his cigarette. This is unprofessional and such an inconvenience that not only was my order incorrect but I also waisted more time and money giving the manager a chance to fix the issue and was inconvenienced once again with being turned around and being told I was simply out of luck. Ordering from this place is a huge risk of your time and money. One minute your food may be delicious and fresh and a few minutes later you could be receiving the wrong order and the managers will not help you or try to fix the problem at hand . I am not a difficult customer and I understand that mistakes happen but my irritation stems more from the fact that I waisted my money on something and was told by someone who is paid to fix problems that I had to simply suck it up when it could’ve been a simple fix. The district manager should have a sit down and highlight that in the fast food business the least you could do is fix the mistakes you make or try to be consistent enough to not make them.

The pizza and food here is really good. It doesn't quite meet my 5 star standards b/c my 5 star standards are quite high! Lol The service is really good. The atmosphere of the pizza store itself is clean and nice, but, it is a take out pizza restaurant so there's no place to sit and eat in.

The last pizza I received look like they were saving on ingredients and it was not very well put together and I would write it as a five and a waste of $20 which disappoints me because I can walk across the street to pick up my pizza so I don’t have to wait long when I order and I’m not paying all the delivery charges in what not I really wish I could find a way to get them to improve what they do because when the pizza is prepared properly Papa John’s has a great product
