  My wife and I went to Istanbul Grill for the first time today for lunch. The folks here are so nice. Before even ordering, the staff brought out the balloon bread with two dipping sauces, all of which were fantastic. The menu is expansive, so we ordered the Mixed Meze to get a breadth of flavors (and another order of balloon bread to go with it!). I also got the fried livers on a whim. I figured, if they can do liver right, then they must be good, right? And they did indeed. It was delicious. My only gripe with this place is that I'll need to come back so many times to try everything on the menu. :) Next time for sure going to try one of the amazing-sounding desserts! Highly recommended!

  I once ordered their Beef shish kebab, which was cooked to a flavorful, tender perfection, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Encouraged by the experience, I decided to reorder. However, today when I opened my Uber bag, I was disappointed to find that the beef was poorly prepared, lacking the usual tenderness and flavor. The salad was unappealing, with no taste at all, and the rice was excessively salty, making the overall meal unappetizing.

  The food here is great! They first brought out a large pita like bread for the table (sorry I don’t know the name). We ordered some dishes we weren’t familiar with, and everything was delicious! The decor is nice too with decorations from Turkey. Service was great, it was pretty quiet in there. I was hoping the juice would be fresh but it’s a can of Minute Maid, I should’ve asked. I’ll have to get a mocktail next time as I so those come out if fun glasses!

  This was one of my worse experiences dining out. We ordered 6-piece falafel for an appetizer and the outside was burnt and the inside was still raw. Then we ordered the mixed grill plate it wasn’t the greatest but we ate it and asked for a to go box for the extras. Upon paying the bill on a card I opted to leave a $13 tip in cash on the table. While walking to the car the server(an older gentleman) followed us to the car saying that we can’t leave a $13 tip and it’s not enough. He also said he would call to police on us if we didn’t tip more. He pulled out his phone and took pictures of us and of our license plate. What was he planning to tell the police though? 🤔 Will definitely not be back to this place and I was very unsatisfied with the food and service.

  It was my first time at this establishment,it was two of us,for lunch. The place looked clean and nicely decorated..so far so good,we ordered falafel appetizers and mix grill.flafel was burned at the outside and raw at the inside,all the meat was dry and over cooked.but we did not complain to them because it was everything terrible.i asked for the bill it was $92.00 I paid with credit card.and left the waiter 15 percent tip.the waiter was the owner..this guy followed us outside screaming at me that his tip wasn't enough,I don't know if this guy knows anything about customer service he needs to go to school. That was very weird.
