I just came to say who ever is working a desk job…. You took away cream spinach that was a fail and the tuna wontons!!! I love the bartenders. But a HOTDOG in a fine dining restaurant is absolutely ridiculous for adults! I feel like someone in corporate is making stupid decisions. The cheese bored is gone. We need an all to get it together.

From the moment we walked into Fleming’s in Metairie until the moment we left, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Drew, the manager, set the tone for the entire evening. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It’s rare to find a manager who is so engaged with every guest’s experience, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. Our server, Ericka, was phenomenal. She was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, anticipated our needs before we had to ask, and made our evening feel effortless. Her recommendations were excellent, and her warm personality made the night even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the chef came out to personally greet us, which was such a thoughtful touch and speaks volumes about the pride this team takes in their food and service. The meal itself was outstanding. We enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks, an incredible Caesar salad, delicious cocktails and wine, and finished with the Java Brownie, which was absolutely worth saving room for. Every course was beautifully prepared and exceeded our expectations. We were also surprised with thoughtful touches throughout the evening, including complimentary champagne, a beautiful rose, and a box of chocolates that made our celebration feel even more special. Exceptional food. Exceptional service. Exceptional hospitality. Fleming’s has absolutely earned our business, and we will definitely be back. Thank you to Drew, Ericka, the chef, and the entire team for creating such a memorable evening. This is what fine dining should be.

Very disappointed, our server Daniel was very unfriendly and only showed personality when the check came. I ordered the lamb medium rare and it was medium well, the food didn’t come out at the same time. Fingers all over our to go boxes and dishes. The service staff was very good and friendly.

Fleming’s, our first time there, was a disappointing experience for our anniversary dinner. The hostess was friendly and greeted us, but the service quickly deteriorated. Our server was inattentive, giving more attention to another table than to us. I had to ask him to remove glasses and bread plates that were no longer needed. As we were eating, I noticed a piece of hair on the asparagus plate. I informed the server, but he simply replaced it with another plate of asparagus. Despite my experience in hospitality for over a decade, I was shocked to not receive an apology or a table side visit from the manager or chef. The lack of acknowledgment and the fact that we had to pay for the asparagus made the experience even more disappointing. We left immediately after the meal and will not be returning to Fleming’s.

I love to treat myself to dinner here every once in a while, but my last visit left a bad taste. To start with my drink, my server had no issue switching the vodka to tequila in my lemon drop and it came out delicious, cold, sweet, and boozy, just the way I like. The calamari always comes out fried to perfection and piping hot. Unfortunately, after my appetizer everything else missed the mark. My filet came with my favorite diablo shrimp on top (amazing topping btw), but the steak was overly charred, which left a burnt after taste in my mouth. I also ordered an order of the creamed corn and mac and cheese. My server came out to inform me that they were out of corn, but the chef would send out my mac on the house. To my surprise, I was actually sent out what I'm guessing what would have been the last of the corn and the just slapped Mac and cheese on top, as if I would be oblivious and to make it seem as if they were accommodating me, but in reality sending out free slop. I was also comped for my dessert, in which I initially thought he felt bad for my experience, but coming home to more disappointment my bread pudding was burnt to a crisp. I'm assuming I just caught a bad night, but I usually always enjoy myself here. While I do appreciate free things, I much rather pay full price and enjoy my experience. :(
