- SSSansdanAug 1, 20261.0Full disclosure...I've never been to Chipotle before. I know, shocking! My grandson wanted to eat there. It was mid-afternoon on 8/1/2026, and there was no one in line when we got there. We greeted the staff on the serving line and....crickets. They appeared as if they were serving some kind of after school detention. I proceeded to tell them that this was my first time at ANY Chipotle so I might have a couple of questions. They looked like deer in the headlights and said nothing, zip, nada. I asked anyway, and never got a full explanation to simple questions. Is it against company policy to be friendly and interact politely with customers? I get it...this isn't fine dining. But...fast casual is supposed to be a microscopic step up from pure fast food. My grandson knew what he wanted, my wife figured it out without help. I gave up and ordered chips and queso. Smiling must reflect badly on their evaluations, as we never saw one! They should go to the CFA a short distance away to see how it's done! The chips were very stale. But hey, maybe the restrooms are clean. My wife will never know. They keep these bathrooms locked and you have to use a security code. Seriously?!?!?!?! Is there a huge theft problem in Chipotle restrooms? Two different security codes never worked, and the staff could care less. I'm posting this review although it's clear no one from this Chipotle location reads them. There's another Chipotle in Metairie where reviews receive feedback from management. The best thing I can do is share my experience and vote with my wallet and never go back. Nopotle!

Told me it’d be 13mins if I wanted white rice from them or I could order online and get it immediately. I ordered online and it says 15min wait. I pull up and they tell me to wait that there are orders in front of me. All I wanted was white rice with my mean. Manager made a big deal about it and different systems. Won’t be back.
