- LSLeonardo SanchezOct 1, 20263.0They have two guys who are working on that, and they are very extremely slow. They don’t even smile. They seem like they don’t want to work here.
- KCKosta ChouliarisSep 18, 20265.0I come to this chipotle about once a week, and everytime I come I see Cristian and he always has a bright attitude and is very polite. He always goes out of his way to make me happy and take care of me!!
- BSbrandon smithSep 16, 20263.0The food was great but the whole eating and seating area was totally ridiculous dirty even the the area where you get the drinks at
- KSKewain Cammon ScottSep 11, 20261.0As all the other reviews stated they cut the protein serving. The chicken is cut up into the smallest pieces and they barely fill the spoon to put in your bowl or any order. You are basically paying for seasoned rice at this location.
- JEJohn EllisSep 11, 20261.0This is the absolute WORST location I have ever been to, and I have been to several different locations in the USA for comparison. The service there is sadly inconsistent, but poor most of the time, lousy customer interaction and almost always out of something or down to the scrapings of various items, which a quality place wouldn't let it get that low and serve substandard food. The one time someone had to translate what I was complaining about the manage because the little inept character couldn't understand English!!! Then they have the nerve to try and charge for items I didn't get!!! The tables and floor are unkept most of the times I have been there this year and whoever the actual owner is ought to take note because the average review is a 3 and below. This is a multi-billion-dollar organization, and they are really blowing it at this newest location in Metairie. I would review the entire staff, consider hiring a mostly new and PROPERLY TRAINED staff and competent management and make this location appear like the commercials they advertise.
