- TST SamSep 22, 20261.0I just went here maybe 4 days ago I’ve been eating at this location since 2022 and it has became the worst one I’ve ever experienced 1st off the employee are rude and can careless about the customers I was in disbelief when i seen how filthy the food station was it was maybe 9pm once I received my food my chips were stale and old and my food had a finger nail in it I was sick and have been for the last couple of days I can’t believe how this location has fallen who’s ever the store manager please work pass 5pm and make sure this location get back on track I love chipotle so much but this situation has put a horrible taste in my mouth

I asked what time they closed and he says 11pm. I asked if they was going to put out fresh meat or at least fill up what was empty and he simply replied they would later. I got upset and asked for a manager and apparently there wasn't one. i even took a picture of the empty section and they giggled. They didn't care, so me and my party left and went next door to New Orleans Hamburger. if you want to get treated badly, this is the great place to go. This is a new store and I don’t even trust that the food would be fresh.. I will try to call the store in the morning and see if the manager cares at all
