  I asked for corn tortillas a the employee began wrapping the burrito tortilla which isn’t corn. I asked a second employee for help and he seemed to not know it wasn’t corn either. It took a few minutes for me to get corn tortillas

  me and my boyfriend waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. only reason anything happened is because my boyfriend went inside to say something. What’s even crazier is that someone literally pointed out the line of cars waiting at the window. MULTIPLE WORKERS NOTICED US AND CHOSE TO NOT COME AND GIVE US OUR ORDER. absolutely ridiculous. don’t have a drive thru option on the app if you’re NOT GONNA DO YOUR JOB. Update: After my boyfriend went inside, they told him “oh it was closed”. So instead of just telling the line of people, or maybe just putting a sign on the window, you ignore us? Our food was finally made, mind you, when the lady made our order she puts the tickets on her ARM, then puts that same ticket on our bowl/bag, which i think is a little odd?? And then we finally get home, and they somehow managed to give us a wrong bowl. Completely different name too. We couldn’t even eat it. I’m so done. Just don’t even go here.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. My girlfriend and I were genuinely excited to come in, especially to try the return of the honey chipotle chicken—but this visit completely missed the mark. First, the rice was literally undercooked. Not slightly firm—crunchy. It felt like it hadn’t been cooked properly at all, which completely ruined the entire bowl. That alone is unacceptable for a place that serves rice as a base for almost every meal. On top of that, the honey chipotle chicken tasted nothing like it used to. The flavor was off, bland, and honestly just unpleasant. We were looking forward to it and left feeling completely let down. To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly or welcoming in any way. No energy, no effort, and definitely no customer service. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the poorly prepared food and the lack of basic customer service, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Chipotle used to be a go-to, but this visit seriously changed that.

  Horrible! Loves to close way before closing and put All the food up leaving customers with no food even though they’re suppose to be able to serve you until 11pm! Don’t waste your time.

  I stopped eating at the one in Elmwood because I got sick from it, Unfortunately, last night my father ordered from this chipotle on veterans and is now in the hospital because he’s so sick after eating it. Then come to find out chipotle is rated one of the worst fast food restaurants for cleanliness, food contamination, and under cooked food…multiple locations have been cited for many other things, including the ones I listed above. It’s sad because I really like chipotle and even gave it a second chance after getting sick from the other one I just figured I wouldn’t go to that one anymore but now it’s happened at a different location as well so we won’t be eating there anymore.
