I use this location all the time idk what/who was working 10/7 between 7pm and 7:30pm but to send a Cobb Salad without Nuggets add bacon crumble with ONLY BACON CRUMBLE OUT IF THERE IS RIDICULOUS. I’ll never order from this location again. Very poor services and I never thought I’d be saying that about a CFA location this one is TRASH! And this is my 3rd incident with a big mistake like this.

The app allowed me to place the entire order and took my payment. After waiting inside for about 15 minutes, I was told they were out of hash browns and asked if I wanted fries instead. I said no because I don’t want fries for breakfast. Then I realized—I ordered TWO HASH BROWN BOWLS. Hash browns are literally the base of the bowl! I asked how they made my bowls if they were out of hash browns, and she told me the bowls didn’t have hash browns either. What makes this even worse is that she never told me that when she initially said they were out. Had I not thought to ask, they were going to let me leave with two hash brown bowls that didn’t even have hash browns in them, even though I paid for them. If you’re out of an item, the app shouldn’t allow customers to order and pay for it. And if there’s an issue with an order, the customer should be told BEFORE they’re handed incomplete food. After waiting 15 minutes for food I couldn’t even take, all I was offered was a refund. Nothing for the wasted time or inconvenience. Very disappointing service, especially from Chick-fil-A.

We placed a mobile order AND arrived to the restaurant before 10:30. They “ran out” of breakfast, but really, this isn’t even the bad part. The part that has prompted me to leave this review: we sat in the mobile order line (along with other cars) for AN HOUR, only to be told “sorry we ran out of breakfast, but I can take care of your lunch.” Excuse me???? You ran out??? Why did you not come and tell me and the other guests this an hour ago? Why did you let us sit in this line all this time? How disrespectful of the leadership in that restaurant to waste my time? Yes, we will take the refund from our mobile order, but realistically, that does not solve the problem of me just wasting away an hour of my day. If I had that kind of time I would have gone to a sit down restaurant or for that kind of service, I would have gone to McDonald’s. Somebody definitely needs to be written up for this morning’s poor management. Last night’s closing leader for not ensuring there was proper preparation for the morning, this morning’s closing leader for the lack of problem solving skills, and the general manager for the lack of training offered to leaders or poor hiring.
