The customer service at the drive thru is horrific, always end up waiting half an hour or more for your food to be ready even though the app tells you that your order is ready for pick up. Also they always mess up my order as well, this is the second time and they took 20 minutes to let us know that they were out of protein and completely forgot our toppings and dressings. Never ordering from the drive thru again! I rather drive to the Cava in Elmwood than to eat at this location.

I LOVE CAVA! ❤️ Jasmine, the manager, was absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service was outstanding, she was quick and efficient, and she was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She made sure everything was handled with care and a positive attitude. It’s refreshing to receive such great service from someone who genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. Jasmine definitely deserves recognition for the way she represents CAVA. Employees like her make customers want to keep coming back! ⭐️👏🏽 😂😂😂😂

Absolutely loved my experience at this CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything was prepared perfectly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Syrius, the manager! He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely made sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were taken care of. You can tell when a restaurant has a great manager who actually cares about the team and the customers, and Syrius definitely gives that impression. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back! ‼️🙌🏻

I wish I could post a picture oh how they tossed my food in the bag. My whole salad dressing spilled and got all over the bottom of my bowl just aggravating . And the lady at the drive thru took 5 minutes to find my order and tried to make me go inside when I insisted mybfood was for drive thru she finally found it sitting in her face. Just annoying
