  I had a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything was cooked perfectly, and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their meals.I also want to give a special thanks to Jasmine for providing such excellent customer service. She was kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made the experience even better. Great food and even better service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I went for dinner to cava and the young man that made my bowl was named Jahir. He was super friendly, kind, and patient with me when figuring out what to get. Jahir went out of his way to go to the back to get fresh lettuce to put in my bowl when they had ran out of lettuce on the floor. He could have easily just said they were out. He also recommended sauces that would be good because Cava no longer serves the Tahini Caesar sauce and let me sample them. The last thing Jahir did that stood out to me so much was the Ice Machine was empty and instead of just getting me a cup of ice from the back he made sure to refill the whole machine so future customers didn't have that problem either. The only bad part I had was the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant. I went to multiple tables to sit and each of them had food residue from pervious people who had eaten there. Like the tables had not been wiped down/ they were sticky. The only other complaint I had was I think the forks are to close to the drink machine, because there was liquid on all the forks to the point where I asked Jahir to get me a fresh fork from the back. The food tasted amazing and the portion sized were big. Ultimately, I would defiantly go back and would defiantly recommend Cava to someone if they were thinking about eating there.

  I LOVE this location! The workers are friendly and I can’t say this enough… Syrius is AMAZING!! I came into the location a couple of days ago and honestly I was not having the best day and was a little under the weather. I came in to get a salad because on one of my last visits I expressed to Syrius that I was changing my eating habits and he convinced me to give Cava a try the next time I wanted one. I did and let me tell you…it did not disappoint. Syrius gave me some recommendations to try on my salad and this was one of the best salads I have ever had. No Joke!! Not to mention he remembered that conversation. Also, before he even took my order or seen me, I watched him come from behind the counter and greet customers (including myself) and how engaging he was with the staff. I mean, he was just so personable and friendly. We were all laughing and smiling. The atmosphere was just awesome! I got in my car and get down the street and realized, I feel so much better. Man… just someone being so kind and personable changed my whole day!! He doesn’t even know how he changed my day around. The location is great and Syrius is AWESOME!!

  first of all everytime i come here everyone has attitude , and cant say hello nothing , cool. I normally get a 50% off discount because im active duty military police IN UNIFORM , but today when me and my coworkers came all the sudden they dont do military discount or any discount at all can promise you we will not be returning to this location ever again. oh and also when I come AFTER discount its $7 , but today i paid $20 for bowl? 7 times 2 is 14 so idk how i ended up paying 20 per bowl when i get the same thing everytime

  I treated my friend to Cava for the first time and it was probably one of the best experiences I've had to date, having visited Cavas between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The staff was very informative, patient and friendly and extremely generous with the portions and that's what will make me come back. Mr. Syrius Ramseys played such an integral part in that and ensured that our experience was memorable. He and the rest of the team took time to explain different selections so my friends would know what fits her best. Also, that's one of the coolest names, and everything and everyone we experienced was so aligned and personable. The salmon was delicious (It was dry / had been sitting for a while times before and the lower price options are too delicious and consistent to have bad salmon so I'm so glad it exceeded expectations this time and hope it continues to. The steak and roasted vegetables my friend had were enjoyed by her and her baby. You all always do a great job with the chicken which is what I usually get. Everything was cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back. I love Cava and I drive past for rent to come to this location even with these gas prices and I haven't been disappointed. 🌠
