Jasmine and Jahir treated us like family. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied, and I am quite a picky eater. We will be back and will spread the word.

- TNt nguyenAug 23, 20262.0i'm at cava right now, 1:20pm on sunday, they ran out of cucumbers, garlic sauce, out of trays too. customer service is lacking. how do u run out of the most popular garlic sauce on a sunday? terrible experience. i'm go somewhere else next time, restaurants should be consistent and well prepared for customers. the girl behind the counter needs to be retrained, very dismissive and negative attitude. this place needs mystery shoppers.

I came in today at around 11-11:15am 8/12 and after finding a small black/brown wavy hair in the pita chips, I called the store phone to inform them but to my avail there’s no one to pick up. With unreasonable doubt it did not come from my head because I don’t have the same hair color nor hair texture. In all 3 times of calling no one was able to pick up to alleviate this issue. I recommend driving the extra time to the location in Elmwood for better cleanliness and speed of service.

Thank you to Bella who introduced me to the Garlic Dressing with the Balsamic Vinaigrette mixture and always super sweet. Thank you Nee Nee for always being so nice as well. Syria's, your energy is so magnetic. Thank you for always making our day everytime we come in and offering suggestions. We definitely will always pick this Cava to come back to. Amazing team!
