  The digital drive thru is so nice to have at this location, and Syrius always makes sure I get the best service! On the one occasion I ran into an issue, Lorenzo made sure to make it right for me. Love this location and their staff!

  I’m afraid to eat from the restaurant on Veterans because always dirty at night. The one in Elmwood is 5 stars for sure. I just don’t like driving to Elmwood. Vets is close by where I live. I call myself ordering on Uber Eats and when my order came the bag was sealed but my drink wasn’t. I drove to Veterans to drop the drink off and told someone that I thought my drink was suppose to be sealed. The guy said it does. I am so disappointed because the person that packed my order is careless and doesn’t realize that people have nasty things done to the customers drink!

  This place was great when they first opened but it’s so bad now. I went yesterday and it was so dirty, the food tasted old, the drinks and ice not refilled, every table disgusting. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it!!

  I travel to different places because of my job, so I visit various locations. This is the worst CAVA I have been to. It’s not the food, but it seems like no one wants to work here, from the manager all the way to the cook in the back. I don't know. They hardly smile, and I spent most of my time waiting in line or eating. Someone needs to look into this location. The food is still great, but the atmosphere and customer service are terrible. I often travel to New Orleans, and I will not return to this location again.

  This cava kinda sucked all the drinks were made with old lemons or simply all were just old the one in harrahan is the one to go to! I ordered a pita and everything was so cold not the pita was warm or anything tasted like a cold ham sandwich but other then that sure the place is great lol
