The staff has always been friendly when we go there. I took my daughter recently to experience a true OG Banana Split!! It was yummy and she really enjoyed it!

The last time we went, we had a wonderful experience at this location. Tonight, it was half and half. While the young gentleman was super friendly, the girl that served us tonight, was not. She seemed very aggravated and did not fully serve us. We ordered a quart of what should have been handpacked ice cream, to which she did not pack, at all. It was not filled to the top. It was about 2 inches from the top, had lots of air in between what she scooped into the container. She dropped a scoop of ice cream that fell into another flavor, which she just threw away. It didn't matter to us that it touched another flavor. We would have taken it, but she threw it away before I could get the words out of my mouth that it was okay. I saw she skimped on filling up the quart, as we watched her haphazardly toss unfulfilled half scoops into the container and did not press any of it down, so it was not packed as advertised at all. We also ordered 2 double scoops of ice cream, to which she also skimped immensely on. Honestly.... I usually get one scoop, but decided to order a double tonight. I ended up getting less, than when I get a single scoop. It was apparent that she just wanted to get out of there, especially when the lights are being turned off on you while you're being waited on. This was done with a store full of people that were still waiting it on the process of making their selection. Try picking out which flavor you want from the case, in the dark. That's just rude. When she half filled my cup, I asked the young man ringing us up if that was a double scoop? He initially answered... yes, it's a double, but he looked down and saw that the amount in the cup didn't even fill out, nor touch the walls of the cup. He even questioned. nodded and agreed with me that it did look pretty skimpy. He had already rung us up for a quart and two doubles, and was about to grab the cup to add more to it, when she made eye contact with him, which awkwardly deterred him from doing so. He was such a nice young man and we didn't want this negative experience we were having with her to affect him, so we simply thanked him, took THOSE CHILD SIZED DOUBLE scoops, (which DIDN'T EVEN AMOUNT TO A FULL SINGLE), grabbed our bag and left. When we got into our vehicle, I noticed when I put my spoon in to take my first bite, just how much we were ripped off and overcharged for the little bit that we got, so I quickly snapped photos of my so called "DOUBLE" before it could melt. Baskin Robbins was locked up by this time, (with customers still inside). The lights inside were off at this point, even though customers were still trying to make their purchases. Once home, I took the quart out of the bag to put in the freezer, only to find the ice cream not filled with big pockets of air where the ice cream should have been packed in the tub. I'm annoyed and very disappointed. We paid with cash, therefore we did not get a receipt for our purchase. I wish I would have gotten the girls name, but we did not. This was July 21, 2021 at 8:45 pm. The girl had dark hair, and did not smile even once. The young gentleman; However, was as friendly and courteous as can be. Hopefully management can figure out who closed on Saturday evening and talk to this staff member who chose to NOT FULLY SERVE her customers and CUTTING THEIR PORTION SIZES in HALF, while charging them FULL PRICE FOR WHAT THEY DIDN'T GET! I know it's just ice cream, but GEEZ.... IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF THE WHOLE THING HERE! It simply isn't right and this needs to be addressed. If it had not been for the young man who we interacted with, this review would have only received 1 or 2 stars. I am meeting in the middle by giving it 3 stars, since it was half good/ half bad experience. My advice is to fill your store with a completely pleasant enthusiastic staff, who actually want to be there and serve your customers and you may get 5 stars next time.

Shady. My fiance's kids are in town, and they wanted ice cream last night. I ordered through a delivery app because we weren't able to get out there with the car. I've ordered online before from a different location with no problems. I know that the app is going to cost me more, that's fine, but after I had ordered, I got a notification that the manager had adjusted the price because of requested add ons. The app already charged for toppings. It already charges MORE than they do in store. So I was already paying extra. It was too late to cancel so I was stuck paying 60 dollars for ice cream for four people. Four double scoops. No insane amounts of toppings. No fancy cakes or anything. The retail price was about 27 dollars. I get that there is a delivery fee and all that. But 60 dollars is absurd and absolutely messed up. I've ordered BR before - the same order - and I've never had this happen. I've never had the price changed after ordering. I was already paying more.
