  In this world, we need more kind people like Natalie. She truly did an amazing job from start to finish. It’s crazy how a long, exhausting day can end on such a good note just because of a great guest experience. Natalie genuinely seems to love what she does, and we had such a great conversation. I really appreciate her kindness, positive energy, and the way she made my day better. Natalie, I hope you continue to do amazing things in life. Keep being kind and cultivating kindness wherever you go. The world truly needs more people like you! 😎

  Did go several times a week. Not anymore. Was told they would not honor my military discount unless I was in uniform. I have a spouses military id card plus my father was with me with his VA id card and is a veteran. They told both of us they would not honor military discount. Oh well, will do future business at Cafe Cafe on Clearview Pkwy. near West Esplanade. No discount but they are over a dollar cheaper on frozen coffee and actually taste better. July 22, 2026 6:00pm. Order taker was young girl about 16-17 years old with blonde hair. Wish I could identify with name but did not ask.

  I was craving a smoothie tonight and 7 brew was the only place still open. They are a coffee shop, so I wasn’t sure how their smoothie was going to taste, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had the best experience. All of the workers were very kind, upbeat, and worked quickly. My smoothie and pup cups were literally made in less than two minutes. Speaking of pup cups, I’ve never seen a pup cup so big! This thing was huge and they even had bones in it. While I was waiting for the car in front of me, several of the workers were chatting with me and petting my dogs. One girl named Maive was the sweetest! She was so kind and she really made my day. Everyone was super professional and made me feel right at home. This is definitely a place I will be returning to. And the best part of all, the Smoothie was awesome! I wasn’t expecting much because its a coffee shop but they actually have really good smoothies and the best pup cups EVER!!

  Extremely unprofessional. This man greeted me by saying “What is your phone number?” I understand there is a rewards account however that is not the correct way to greet someone. Then I moved through the lane and got up to the stand and was not even acknowledged. Every 7 Brew I have been to has greeted me with kindness and respect. This stand was lacking both. I continued to ask to speak with a manager and was told the manager was no longer employed with 7 Brew and continued to complain about ex-manager and claimed that there is no current manager. I was baffled. All stands should have a higher-up no matter of employment or lack thereof. This stand needs some serious cleanup and I will be reaching out to corporate.
