  I got no ice in my son’s refresher and the cup was halfway full so I asked why & they said that’s because you got no ice compared to my daughters with light ice (still full). Never had this happen at Starbucks but to each its own —-It really be the simple things that rub me the wrong way cause halfway is ludicrous.

  The young man was very helpful when I asked about a gift card and one of their energy drinks. Everyone is always so pleasant at the Metairie location. He simply asked me a couple of questions about what kind of gift card I wanted and then described in detail what was in the drink. He said it was very good and it was!

  Went today to grab some caffeine and the lines were long which is understandable. When time to pull into either the left or right lane there was no room to turn so we waited for the person in front to pull up some, which in return caused the lady doing the order taking and directing cars to shake her head and roll her eyes. once we were able to move up she walked up to us asking for a phone number, no greeting whatsoever. after we gave that she asked what we wanted and i said i needed a moment which followed by a loud sigh and rolling of eyes. we decided to leave and not order. i go to 7brew almost every other day in Baton Rouge and i am never greeted with rudeness. I understand it is hot outside and yall are busy but that is no reason to be rude to paying customers. will not be returning to this location.

  Not for me. Their drinks taste very artificial and bland, from their coffees to their matches and iced teas, I have tried almost every other drink but they are very disappointing. The coffees taste very watery and too sweet. If you are looking for great, strong coffee and matcha this is not the place.
