Not to mention what we ordered was more money than what we've received. I've dealt with papa john's in multiple cities in multiple states.Never experienced anything like this. They should actually lose their franchise. Disgrace to the name.

I love Papa Johns but This one jn marrero is the worst pizza place on the West Bank for sure would never ever go back here again. My food either comes out wrong or cold like it did the other day. If you’re doing DoorDash don’t go here your wait will be so long. The lobby is always full of DoorDasher or Uber Eats waiting. Not a good sign. Just trust me Don’t get your food picked up from here. Pizzas always looks bad with bubbles in it and this New person Stephanie was rude impatient and completely nasty to me telling me some excuse she can only do so much she has a whole screen and then taking her ever loving time to make a pizza and then a few moments later in the corner you can see she’s on her phone. They need to get rid of her fast. She’s a guaranteed liability. I rate this place a 3 and thats a stretch..I will be telling everyone I know to dont waste their money going to this Papa John’s I promise you.
