Absolutely Disgusting I was at 7 Brew tonight, September 17th, around 8:50 PM, and witnessed a female employee with dark hair wearing a black hoodie use her MOUTH AND TEETH to rip the seal off a syrup bottle. 🤢 That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable in a food service establishment. On top of that, the place looked like a complete mess. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling practices at this location. Management needs to address this immediately. Customers deserve better and should be able to trust that their drinks are being prepared safely.

This location has an order ahead option but yet they have no way for you to get your order besides still waiting in the general drive thru line with the other cars. That defeats the option of ordering ahead! On the app it tells you to go to the pick up station for your order but there is no pick up station at this location. Please change the way you all fulfill your order head customers or don’t offer the service at all.

Coffee is good but not consistent. I get a coffee that doesn’t taste right more than I get a good one. Tired of going back to get it made the correct way every time I go through there. Just wasted another seven dollars again today hoping that the coffee taste good. Either to milky or not enough coffee. My drink today was dam near white.
