  This location has an order ahead option but yet they have no way for you to get your order besides still waiting in the general drive thru line with the other cars. That defeats the option of ordering ahead! On the app it tells you to go to the pick up station for your order but there is no pick up station at this location. Please change the way you all fulfill your order head customers or don’t offer the service at all.

  Coffee is good but not consistent. I get a coffee that doesn’t taste right more than I get a good one. Tired of going back to get it made the correct way every time I go through there. Just wasted another seven dollars again today hoping that the coffee taste good. Either to milky or not enough coffee. My drink today was dam near white.

  Drinks are great as usual, but we are in town this week for the Bar Exam and this is the closest 7 Brew. We are from out of town and the customer service here is terrible. The girls working literally do not speak. It’s bizarre. I have been to locations all over and have always been treated over the top fantastic, no matter what location and this has been extremely disappointing. Do better!

  Desire needs a raise ! My kids and I gave her such a hard time and she was patient and extremely helpful/understanding and created us drinks exactly how we wanted . Very mature and beautiful young lady
