  Had a Chicken Bacon Ranch on Italian Herb and cheese Bread. Staff is friendly and recalling trying to work on improvements with the new owner and District Manager. Store is always Clean and Bathrooms too...

  Mrs. Namosa is absolutely the best! She has truly changed the environment! The staff are amazing as well! Everything is so clean & fresh!

  I waited over 30 minutes at the window with numerous employees passing the window and LOOKING AT ME. I had a mobile order and they didn’t even bother to open the window to ask what we needed. Then proceed to hand us the wrong food and still had to wait for them to come back to the window.

  So let's get this show on the road: placed an online order, it was refunded as soon as I drove up. The server tells me it was refunded because they were out of chicken teriyaki & wheat bread. Okay. So I called my mother to inform her of what happened & apparently they had turkey so we did that sandwich. Turkey on white. We get to the vegetable side: NO LETTUCE, NO ONIONS, NO PICKLES.. Just terrible! At this point... CLOSE!!! Because just from my arrival there was someone at the drive thru, 2 people in store, myself & my child, an elder lady, and a couple walking in as I'm walking out just not to have ANYTHING!!!! Then to be charged full price for a half ass sandwich is outrageous. No customer service!! If you plan to keep a business open without the PLAIN-DE-BASICS.. be prepared to DISCOUNT!! If it happens again, I'm report to the BBB & LA Inspector General..
