  80% of the time I get food here through the drive thru they mess something up. Forget an item, forget sauce, wrong ingredients, something almost every time

  Very poor customer service. I placed an order on my app. I arrived to pickup my two drinks in the drive-thru. I was told they were out of the drinks I ordered. That was fine with me. But what was not fine- were the attitudes I got when I asked to be refunded $6 for the drinks I did not receive. “Well we can’t refund you because you ordered on the app”… well.. the items were available on the app when I placed my order… and I’m fine with not receiving the items but I will not leave without a refund. The so called “manager” told me he would call the police if I held up his drive-thru. I told him that was fine… I needed to report that his store stole money from me as well. He didn’t like my response and said “you don’t have to act like such a …” and wouldn’t call me the name he wanted to. Anyway… long story short.. my boyfriend went inside and was issued the refund. I will never return to this store.

  sitting in the line for over 20 mins with kids. ridiculous i ordered before i got here and they must just be playing inside because they ain’t giving out orders.
