First time they left my cheese off second time biscuit wasn’t in my bag and third time after calling the manager and speaking with her she put in a care order for me, so I get up there without going into any details I order the whole meal and willing to pay for my order because I know we all make mistakes! They can’t find my care order and bring me out just a biscuit and it was like they pulled the biscuit out the trash, hard as a rock egg burnt cheese like they threw in the microwave and all over wrapper stuck no cheese on biscuit!! I’m done! I will not use this chic fila anymore….. I will take my grandbabies to the one in Covington where they take pride in what they serve!!!!! My daughter has worked for chic fila and my grandbabies absolutely love this place and to receive a biscuit as if it were taken straight out of the trash !! Yeah something is wrong and somebody is not taking pride in what they serve or prepare for you!! This message won’t matter because chic fila is a food chain that people love and still will repeat going too but I refuse to go to a place that doesn’t have pride in what they serve!! If ya can’t take the heat then get out of the kitchen as they say it!! Get out the kitchen !!!!!! Over it and aggravated that I had to leave this review after a third time of them not getting my order right!! The chic fila in Covington off 12 has never and I mean evaaaaaa gotten my food incorrect so you tell me what the issue is in Mandeville !!!! Yeah nvm cause I don’t care anymore!!!!! I’m done!!!
