They don’t have any of the specialty items for the kids that they advertise, ever. The bathroom is always disgusting, usually out of napkins (like today) and the counter help seems completely clueless. It’s a poorly run franchise and I do not recommend visiting. We will stick to Marble Slab or the Mandeville Creamery, moving forward.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
